My file is same as yours. I am feb 1st AOR, FSW O, my vo is sydney NS, and even i said yes to one of the statutory questions ( I work with Govt of Gujarat, India) and i was requested imm 5669 on 16th march. Please let us know your file progression.

Hi. I am Feb 02 AOR, i got the same request ln 18th February and i filled up the form, took its print out, signed it, scanned it and uploaded the schedule A. Hope this helps
