while you can explain it an LoE, best course of action would be to prepare a name affidavit (INR 50 stamp paper is fine), and attach it to one of the sections (I am doing it in the EDU section) when submitting your application. This is of course post ITA.

assuming your address is the same as the one on your passport. FYI, all passport-related activities need you to carry your OLD PASSPORT, which is nothing but your CURRENT PASSPORT.

actually Aadhaar is required as ID proof. But, other ID proofs work as well. I know the passport should technically work as both ID and address proof, especially at the passport office, but we are in Incredible India after all.

And to add to what @DelPiero07 said, you can't expect Canada to hand out PRs to people who have no intention of moving to Canada.

Is there any difference between Primary and Secondry applicant in PR

nope, that doesn't make any sense because you are essentially attempting to submit two applications for the same people. Make your wife the PA, as it does not make any difference as far as your aspirations are concerned.

naah, that's fine. Don't worry. You could have obtained PCC even five months before application. If IRCC suspect something, they will find out regardless. Don't worry. PoF get it max a month before submission. Medical do it right at the end. Get all documents in place and then do it.

    1. not too old of course (Think a couple of weeks should be fine) 2. Police certificate - 6 months (assuming you haven't left the country even once after getting the PCC) 3. Medical - 1 year (get medical done right at the end, like maybe a day or so before so that you have a lot of time on your...

yup, as easy as that. They'll send you an email once you book. I am getting mine done from the Andheri branch and they have quoted INR 4100 per head, which seems reasonable. No fasting which is ;)

I am not a senior of course (as you can see from my signature), but no it doesn't make any difference. They'll send you an update asking you to pay the RPRF once the application is at a certain stage.

yup, you don't need employee reference letter for the spouse because you cannot claim points (unless the experience is specifically in CANADA). Whatever you cannot claim points for/don't want to claim points for goes in the PERSONAL HISTORY section of the application, which means accurate...

maximum 24 hours, so sit tight. The way some people get excited for ITAs on this forum, you'd think all documents are ready, bags are packed, and they are all set to leave on a jet plane ;)
