When did you receive your SP approvals? It should take a few more days to get your SOWP approval; if the due date according to IRCC passed already, you could raise a web form. In terms of your visa, you are allowed to apply as soon as you get your approval even if you don't have the hard copy...

Hi Guys, I got my approval today!!! So excited, I didn't receive any messages yet, I just checked my OINP and IRCC portal today and it was approved, I accepted the invitation and they gave me the 600 points immediately.

I have the same question, mine has been stuck on DIP since March 2, I know it hasn't even been a month, but I have seen it is taking 40 to 60 days, and it depends of the duration under the other stages, sometimes it is a quick process between submitted and DIP then it takes like forever to...
