Thanks for your reply.
I am on an open work permit and not LMIA.
My occupation is not on a high demand list what if i get a job offer (non lmia) for a year. (such as a 1 year work contract)
Would i still be able to apply to this pnp?
Hi,
regarding the following ;
demonstrate that enough effort was made to recruit a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident prior to offering the position to you (this only applies if you are currently living outside Canada or working outside of Ontario)
I am in canada and currently work in...

Hi,
I am not sure but if they are both eligible then you will receive 3 year PGWP.
The 1 year Web Design & Development Certificate of Achievement program I know is eligible but I am not sure about 1 year UX Design Graduate Certificate program. I assume it probably will be.
Hello,
when did you apply and for which steam?
If you withdraw before they start processing you get the full refund:
https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/fees/refund.asp
If they start processing you get half back.
you need 1560 over a year which is 52 weeks.
1 week= 30 hours per week full time
52 *30 =1560.
If you work less than 30 hours per week then just add all those hours together and add them to the 30 hour weeks until you reach 1560.
It will take longer than 52 weeks of working.
Thanks for the information.
I wanted to ask you another question, in form imm5710 what option did you select in the section: What type of work permit are you applying for ?
Did you select open work permit or PGWP?
This is confusing me.
Thank you.
Congratulations.
When did/will your first PGWP expire?
When you submitted your application did you provide a copy of the stamp on your passport of when you entered Canada?
Did you provide a copy of your current PGWP?
Thanks.
