Check on the website of the schools and check if the courses are still open, closed or waitlisted. You should contact the schools.

You can only get a 3 year pgwp if your course is a minimum of two years and sometimes you only get two years. What you can try is two one year courses back to back and that might count to get three year pgwp.

Hi, Yes you can apply again to study, you must apply to a school and do the whole process again but you cannot get a pgwp (post graduate work permit) anymore since you can only get it once. If you want to work in canada your employer must sponsor you or you must apply for permanent residency.
