Really can't understand what's going on with my application. They received it on August 10th, yet no AOR. In the spreadsheet, i see people whose application was received on August 13th and event 17th got their AOR already

How do they send AOR? Email or post? I haven't received anything yet. I am also changing my aoartment next week. So might have to update them if they're sending the AOR by post.

The letter is a positive thing - not a negative thing. If they had to refuse, they would have refused without the letter. The letter means they want to give a chance. I am not asking whether it's a positive or a negative thing. My question was whether we should get in touch with CIC
