How can I mail them?

I just applied for the canadian student study permit back on August 6 and completed my biometrics on august 10, I don't need an interview or medical examination. It's been a bit over a month, how can I tell them to speed up? My classes have already begun!!!

Any updates? I applied on August 6, it's september 11, and classes have already started...didn't even get the message for my passport to go through. I think this may be an urgent request since I'm missing classes. And if I miss too many I'll be withdrawn from the semester. Should I tell IRCC to...
