What is the difference. I feel the Offer of Employment is more detailed but has all the details that the Letter of Employment asks for. Can I upload the same letter in both sections?

My work permit says LMIA or Exempt No A0223.. Does anyone know if that is my LMIA or if I am exempt? If not, any idea how I can find out. it was in 2017 and I simply can't remember as it was done by an immigration lawyer that is not available anymore.
