Hi guys, I'm a July 2016 applicant. I received the decision made email on Thursday Oct 12, saying that I have to wait for Etobicoke to contact me. Do I receive a COPR before the appointment or no? Also I can't find my receipt for the RPRF, so should I pay that again?
