Strange, you recently must have given biometrics for your H&C application as well. When I renewed WP for my spouse last year they asked for biometrics as well despite having the 10 year validity letter. When did you apply for your PRRA? And what is footprint? Do you mean fingerprint?

Sorry, why you are paying someone who cant even get you the picture as per required specification? An experienced photographer will send you the digital copies as per requirement, only pay to someone who can deliver, else walk away.

That completely depends upon you, I opted for one not because I am bad in English but to get the additional time to have a structured answer. No question is asked when you apply, eligibility check will happen during the hearing only.

You will get the interim one the moment you renew with few months validity and the paper copy comes within 1-2 months (Depending upon IRB work load) I got mine in one month and my spose got around after 2 months after applying.

Change it to +1 day, lets assume you are applying today then date of expiry would be tomorrow and submit a hand written letter stating the reason that your passport expired. Hope this helps.
