y Don't be worried about that.Once you have applied with valid ielts and if you got your file no; MB never asks for a fresh one.And about bank certificate keep your balance untouched and provide the new statements if they ask.May it clear your tension.

The doller rate at the time of the application submition is considered. however it is always good to have some more amount other than the required one.it will help to cover the conversion gap as well as flashes a good impression.
