I dont think you need a provincial ID. passport works well even if it from another country. It is still a government Issued ID. and health card along with that will work. I uploaded these on my file. why would they expect another type of ID when they accept these. If you still want to get an ID...

So then again. how would someone know if it is processed in vancouver or not ? i dnt have anything related to vanc on gcms. So i believe mine is being processed at SCR.

That was quick. I wish we all get our updates as per your timeline. You will get Oath invite with 7-10 days. one of my friend got his in 6 days after everything was completed.

IRCC may get them late. but call agency to confirm of Fp has been sent to rcmp. then call RCMP, then will tell you the date then sent them to CanadaPost. mine were sent on April 22 by RCMP. were updated by IRCC on May 13.
