i got an email telling that they have opened may 8th applications..

you can download the form from fbi website ... can use a3 size. andsend multiple copies of those to fbi.. along with the main form and credit card form..i did it like that

its in the cic website . http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/police-cert/intro.asp read it all. it says that you can upload the proofs and that will be good for that time.
