I assume 27 months is for applicants who just applied are apply today.... comforting myself.

Nov-17 AOR, my BG verification is still pending and no sign of test. I won't be surprised if the process took 104 weeks. For my wife & kid's application it took 104 weeks since they received the application.

It's based on your address city you mentioned in your application or changed it later online.

Many online applicants got ghost updates within past couple of days, let's see how many of them get test invites. No further changes for me.

You might get it by 24 or else you can give the test without invitation as the url will allow you login. You would need to read the instructions to be prepared. Try calling cic helpline as well.

Seems like we got few ghost updates for online Aug applicants, hope they all move to next steps.

If you have passed your tests and the status is decision made, you just have to wait. Minor chances of ghost updates but nothing might change until oath. How long it would take for your oath to arrive it all depends how lucky you are, might be you get within next 2-3 weeks or might take 8-9 months.

That would stay in process until a day before oath schedule :)

Means a final decision has been made and oath will be scheduled as next steps assuming the decision made was positive.
