I think so. It is actually case dependent too. Some people are being verified the traditional way, cop visits your place, etc, for me they did in May 2020 that way , and for some just like you described that happened with you in Feb.

Hey, yes. But the application process is not actually stuck coz simultaneously other background verification happens. So when our biometrics is done, confirmation of PR would be quick.
