If your question is while creating EE profile, u have to mention NOC code of the job u worked in, not ur educational degree. NOC is asked in your work history section, so mention the NOC code related to your middle school teacher job. I am not sure about job bank.

While creating the profile, EE should ask you to enter details about each job and it would calculate itself. The initial questionnaire to check eligibility might ask u total experience, in which mentioning 2-3 years should be fine.
