IMM 0008 in IMM0008, they need dates of issue and Expiration of my passport, they give error when i entered them, I downloaded more than a copy of this form, but no use,, any suggs??

I have downloaded IMM0008 , I filled it but I faced a problem in (Issue and Expiration dates formats of my passport and national ID) .. so when i click on Validate they colored in Red ! Kindly tell me the proper way to enter these dates correctly without being in red colors thanxxx

Some relatives told me that i MUST wait and not contact MPNP .. I am afraid of the loss of LOA in our governmental Post, also (do the gov. notify my sponsor or just me???)

They called my sponsor at December 2011, and asked him about me , and didn't tell him any other Info, will they call him again?? or what?
