Can we apply for pcc in implied state. Presently my work permit extension is filed and i am in implied state.

Was this work permit issued on LMO. IF was issued based on LMO ,NOC code will be there on Your LMO approval letter.

See check list IMM5610E Other then PCC and IELTS nothing original goes only photo copies.
