How about applying TRV and with an invitation letter from fiance but as a friend in the letter without mentioning about the wedding or relationship?

He would be visiting NZ on a visitor visa and yes we cannot enter the country as this stage. I myself is on a work visa, even I cannot go there. I'm working remotely from the last 6 months.

Sweet! Just in case, If my family compelled me to re-apply for TRV with honest reasons n just in case it gets rejected which is more likely to be. Would it make any issues for further spouse visa whenever we are ready with marriage certificates?

Another question related to this, I'm not a NZ citizen or resident so if we get married (Court marriage) there. Would Canadian immigration accept our marriage certificate?

Or probably to get married first and then apply for a spouse visa?

when they say based on travel of history what do they exactly mean by that ? I went to Australia once and came back to NZ and second time I got visa approved from Australia but couldn't make it because I had to go to India.

Also it takes ages to get reply, I could but it will take one month to get reply, also they have mentioned the resons already, how would that be different ?
