    He would be visiting NZ on a visitor visa and yes we cannot enter the country as this stage. I myself is on a work visa, even I cannot go there. I'm working remotely from the last 6 months.

    Sweet! Just in case, If my family compelled me to re-apply for TRV with honest reasons n just in case it gets rejected which is more likely to be. Would it make any issues for further spouse visa whenever we are ready with marriage certificates?
