We are in Toronto, have get the letter from member of parliament, and we also have been able for find some connection and request a hearing. Also we paid an expensive lawyer to arrange second hearing! We have done a lot.... I know it is a bad story, that is why I want some positive reply here

I think my husband got the approval as a sponsor, but really no real move for 5.5 years. I don't want to be the one tell horrible story, but it is true!!!!! We have submit for an official complain, required a hearing, and then hired a lawyer and request another hearing. All they do is just...

Yes, Outland application, we requested couple times of hearings, they have been followed up a bit, then no news...... I hope I can read more people with similar cases got their PR...

This is the thing, people all say it should be ok, but I want to know if someone actually got visas.....

I got one year exclusion order for overstay 6 years ago. They told me I can apply for visas after a year, but is there anyone really got permission to enter Canada again after they got exclusion order. I just want some hope, as people at border always tell u that u could apply after one year...

Took test on Aug, 2014 Oath waiting I don't care about what is the actual decision, I just want to know! Why they invite u for test, but don't make any decisions? Why they just don't arrange the test, so u understand u are not qualified?!

They did not ask during the interview. I don't think it should matter when I apply for citizenship, it just after reading so many posts that people are waiting endless for this makes me worry... Immigration sucks ! I will make a request, and keep ur guys posted, thanks a lot! God bless u all!
