If you are implied status no, but you need to update them as soon as you get your new visa/status. Just send them a copy of the new visa.

Those are good news hope. I have a question did you work permit is expired, and did you apply to visitor/student visa? I am asking because mine is going to expire soon, but I want to apply to another status like student/visitor but I don't know how this might affect my application ???

any news guys? it seems that they are still working on early December applicants only, and that October applicants are receiving their nominations. So I guess there is a lag of 2 months after receiving the AOR to get the nomination. If someone knows something more please share
