hi. it really depends on you. some paid it along with the processing fee. others paid it upon request from the VO. others paid it after aor. though some seniors advise to pay it during cic submission because it speeds up the process. \hth

As far as I know, for provincial nominees, there are only two fees to be paid for CIC and they are: 1. Processing Fee 2. RPRF But aside from them, you still have to shell out for other fees and expenses outside but needed for CIC processing. \hth
