They want my PCC's since my 18th BDay. The thing is when I applied I followed their instructions and gave the PCC of where I was in the last 10 years. but now they do need also the one of my home country...

just ask IRCC agent on the phone what's in progress in my application, and what's specifically in progress regarding the BG check

holly molly scams nowdays are pretty much more advanced

basically if your eligibility was completed that means that your documents were checked and everything is in order as per the officer who reviewed your application. If there were any issues with your PCC your application will have been rejected and not showing eligibility completed
