Not automatically, if your letter has all the information needed they usually will not ask for ADR. it's a good thing to add paystubs or paychecks but not mandatory. Otherwise they will have asked about it too with the letter. If they have doubts they will ask for ADR

Did you get your PPR? because in that e-mail they will tell you what to do. For the photograph yes it's commun, usually just a stamp with the name of the "photo center" and the date. If the address is not there that's fine as long as there is a stamp from the photo center
