As your CBSA notes say, you stuck at SS by CBSA. Considering you AOR in 2021 it is a high time for filing mandamus.

Get CBSA notes, this will clarify where you are.

Based on the trend of several cases that were stuck in SS and recently BGC was completed, you should get cleared very soon. I hope so.

It seems like that. Order IRCC, CBSA and CSIS notes through ATIP if you didn't yet.
