    They didn't ask for police check from Canada too. Only background check from countries I lived in and applied that on August till now they are still working on it. I don't want to let you down but it takes time for some files. And on the other hand, others got the PR Confirmation after 1 week...

    It's not 12 months yet for your kids! Weird But the thing is you have to do what they ask you to so unless if you prefer to double check. But for you for sure you need a new medical test. Good luck

    Oh! That's a mistake. First , you should keep your lawyer updated with everything I don't really trust the secretary I text if she's not there. And the receipt, I remember we send a copy when we sent all documents. Good luck and act fast

    Giys, did the officer mention in your AIP letter that second stage will take around 1 to 2 years to the dinal decision? I was having PRRA but the officer closed it and decided to approve first stage H&C.

    Bein in Canada of course we are.but I think it means other requirements like checking medical, job, tax and all other requirements including background check
