    Well, I thought the money he asked you to pay is for him to request the notes. I don't know why some lawyers are looking at us as CASH money! But you have to try if no other option Hope you find a way out of this soon.

    I submitted all the requested documents end of August. On H&C since 3rd of March 2019 I have AIP

    I usually follow my lawyer's advice. I asked her and when she doesn't reply my text means no. lol I will wait nothing else for me to do

    They didn't give you deportation order , you have a chance. They're giving time. Talk to your lawyer, don't call CBSA. I prefer not to call IRCC either for my file.
