    It's the procedur here. I didn't ask much to know I should get Quebec Selection before PR. But at the same time Quebec selection will be a beneficial for me and my family. It's ok. It's about time anyways hopefully I will get it soon.

    Child benefits are not considered social assistance. I asked so many times before applying for my kids because I know we're not allowed to get welfare which is social assistance.

    You don't get the CQS, you have to wait for the application first. It's unlike refugee.

    It took 11 months for them to send the application.

    Well it took 2 months from everyone I know today is my second month. Could take longer but that's fine as u said the outcomes are great.

    I called, the agent was nice he said its under process no decision yet it's ok you just have to wait there is nothing you can do.

    Before applying H&C everyone one was telling us you will end up waiting 4 to 5 years with no response. I swear that blocked the light and all hopes I had in my life.I started to have nightmares but I'm glad I was able to survive and I became stronger. god's will is above everything. So...

    Yes that I know for sure they can't but since yesterday there was a discussion here. If PR under H&C but applied for Refugee before and got rejected. Would that be the same case or not? Some members here took this question personally I don't know why lol We're here to care ans share:)
