I left Canada as a minor out of my will and I do not meet the residency obligation

Just thinking out loud but why won’t the mother and the siblings who would already have a citizenship of Canada by now invite the OP on family grounds ??

I left Canada as a minor out of my will and I do not meet the residency obligation

I’d agree too ! How difficult can it be to get a passport from your own country? Why not get that out of the way and not take a chance for a sure shot refusal.

    <<<<<<<<<<MARCH 2023 AOR>>>>>>>>>>

Well it won’t be entirely correct to call it slow as ‘In Under 6 months’ is what they state at the very least.

    Alberta Accelerated Tech Pathway

If without LMIA your score is good then no need for LMIA as basically this is an LMIA exempt program. But LMIA does add extra points to take your score up.

    AAIP Accelerated Tech Pathway 2022

Applied on 23rd April, received nomination on 10th May. In between, both my employers, current and future (in Canada) got an email from the authorities seeking a point by point/detailed clarification. We were kind of expecting it. It was fairly smooth.

    AAIP Accelerated Tech Pathway 2022

I wanted to ask the same. Did you apply from within Canada or from another country ? Somehow from applicants based in India, I get to hear that the timeline from AOR to CoPR is shorter than most of the people who commented on this thread. Anyone can help clarify that ??

I have got my ITA on june 8, 2023.

Thank You. No clue about how other pathways work, i'm sorry. But understanding is fairly easy that any programme under which applications are submitted under EE Draws are those that are the quickest to come through.

I have got my ITA on june 8, 2023.

Alberta. I got in Alberta Accelerated Tech Pathway. Took about 2 months only. Fees is 500CAD. Mine was backed up with an LMIA that increase my score by 600 points and I was picked up in the EE draw of the very next week. So by God’s grace it’s been rather quick.
