They do not work on Sundays but everything in the system is sechduled to be sent at certain times and days. I once got a letter 3 am in the morning but that does not mean they were working at that time. Lol

Oh, there must be something wrong. call the customer service and ask them what to do. Do not send a web form as it will take a month to get a response. Keep calling them untill you talk to them.

It is showing decision made and it has been like that for two months. There are no updates either on it or gckey account. I have not got my ecopr yet, i think because my family is overseas. I think their applicant has to be approved first and then I will get ecopr. I might be wrong though but...

I think you do not need to worry about the card now as that letter is good enough to do what needs to be done like changing tour sin number and others.
