Thanks shebaby, I have started putting my documents together. I will be sending up my app soon. Yes best. An affidavit may be a plus, and I'm not sure it matters where you get it.

I'm making arrangements for the documents I will send to make unconditional. In other words, I will get the unconditional offer before my start date. So if I apply using the conditional letter so as to beat the visa timing , you mean they will not offer me?
