All IRCC cares about you filed your taxes , 3 years within the 5 years you applied ,they don't care if you have unpaid taxes.

The actual application took about 2 years , covid slowed it down. after the in person interview in buffalo i got the card in the mail less 6 working days.

At the in person interview you can update everything ,simple form.

Your April applicant, IRCC does it from the date filed , guessing your SCR office ,mines is the April 24th should get my updates end of the week .
