I received it afternoon around 1 pm. I was gonna send a another email in the morning but I decided to wait until the end of the day, luckily I got it in the afternoon.

I replied on May 27 and got credentials June 3. You should get yours today hopefully.

I think getting the first email “PR Portal Confirmation” means your application is approved.
