Guys I just want to understand this process...For all PNP Non Express Entry (old paper-based) will now be digital?? Have any of you from April 1st up today received AOR? Besides, for the paper applicants people from December are getting AOR now.

Not really People from September still waiting. Right now it's impossible to predict something like that. It could take up to 10 months at least from your AR date.

You should know your AR is the delivery date of your package. You'll get it by email your AOR.
