Interesting, I wonder if all our files have something similar, as they want to finally clean the backlog.

No, I got on the phone with them last week and they decided to tell me that. I've called 3:30pm CST. I had to wait for 5 minutes

By updated you mean, with another date (extended)? Mine still shows that I don't need one, since the first one expired in October. I guess the next step is to get an update showing that it was extended, but nothing until now. I've called IRCC and without asking they said mine was extended to...

    FSW Inland PR applicants

First, as far as I've read in this thread and IRCC website, there is no need to withdraw FSW application. Secondly, and more important, I don't know if they are going to have new rounds of invitations for CEC and FSW in the near future. Source...

If you can find your MP by entering your postal code here: https://www.ourcommons.ca/members/en Just email them explaining your situation and asking for help. When I've contacted mine, they replied with a form that I needed to fill up with my application information and sign it, giving them...

Finally some decision that makes some sense. But, at the same time, they invited 613 PNP yesterday. I know the news does not mention anything about PNP, but, still, same thing. Just hit pause on all invitations. Even smarter than this is to ignore everyones BOWP and just work on their PR...

I'm just 5 days away from my 500th dailyversary. :( I also applied for my first BOWP in Oct. 20th. Another $510 for them, and another application for them to work on. I wonder if they took a quarter of the time that they would work on my BOWP, wouldn't that be enough to finish my PR...

Looking at MyImmiTracker, there were 2 other FSW-Inland approved this weekend. AORs: July 9th 2020 and Aug 26th 2020 Obviously, as always, both are from Ottawa VO. https://myimmitracker.com/en/ca/trackers/fsw-inland-e-apr-tracker

Another person from Facebook received the portal email: " I just want to update that I have received COPR email today. Here's my application timeline: * FSW-O, AOR Oct 2020 * COR: USA * Visa Office: CPC-Ottawa * Biometric Nov 2020 * Medical update Feb 2021 * COPR email on Nov 5th, 2021 "

You have no idea how this gives me a lot of hope. I'm happy for you. :) Well, I guess that email meant something and they started working on all applications based on AOR.

I still wonder if there is any correlation between that email from two days ago and the 4 applications from Ottawa VO getting there medicals extended (at least in this forum). Also, I wonder if all this applications that finally had some progress means that Ottawa VO is getting back on their...

    FSW Inland PR applicants

I hope yes, but at the same time I wish they were working on everyone's cases, prioritizing by AOR. Anyway, time will tell if that email meant something or not. I've heard that some people got that email for approved applications (not sure how true is that). I have an ongoing BOWP application...

Ottawa-VO? Did you also get the "We're still working on your application." email yesterday as well? Happy for you. Maybe they are wrapping up your Christmas gift (which should have been given last year)

I hope so, but they still have the same old message that they are prioritizing CEC: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/check-status.html
