    IMM008 DEP is just used in paper application if you have a large number of dependents that the IMM008 cannot take.

    No. They’re going to take your photo there.

    Go to any service Ontario location with your notice of decision and an ID and they process your health card. They’re gonna give a temporary health number on a paper until you receive the physical card by mail.

    Why risk her refugee status if she is applying for the citizenship in a year? CBSA has their own way to find out if a protected person returned to their home of persecution.

    yes, label all uploads in the same way. As for the travel doc, there is another forum for that and people there with more experience will assist you better

    as roycanada mentioned, just scan the notice of decision. the one where it says that "The refugee protection division determines that the claimant is a Convention refugee OR Protected person and therefore accepts the claim".     it doesn't matter which office as cbsa is federal.. they're gonna request it for you from the office it was seized in.. my friend made her claim at ircc in toronto and requested her passport from cbsa ottawa and got few weeks later.
