You'll have to upload via web form. But I would also suggest that you write to your visa office via email as well to expedite it.

I had a similar issue. It got updated in two weeks after raising multiple web forms and email the VO to link it for me.

Honestly, if you ask me raise your request on the web form and the email of your visa office. In this way, you can do your bit to expedite your process. I hope that helps. And yes, nothing to worry :)

Hopefully it should get soon. What disturbs me rather is that there's no synchronization in their actions and updates. Just ways to add to our anxiety.

Looking at the recent trends, seems like stamped passport/ visa can come within 15 days.

Does VFS send any email on the receipt of passport? Or is it just a receipt of payment that you receive?
