My mom has a single entry tourist visa ( 6 months). Is there a way to change it to multiple enrtry so she could visit US and be able to come back in Canada again. -

wrong amount of processing fee
Is there a significant delay of processing a regular tourist visa to go to Canada when we send a wrong amount of fee? My mom in law send the wrong fee. She is from the Philippines. If yes, how many days should we wait for the result after resending the correct amount.
