GC key has been always slow than tracker. Tracker gets updated whenever something moves in the file. I don't recommend to order GCMS notes until your file has crossed normal processing time. Tracker update is a good sign as someone is doing something with your application. I had same situation...

I talked with IRCC yesterday and they told me to wait. Its been 21 days since portal 1 reply, however, they told me everything is fine and it takes time for IRCC to make an account. So no option but to wait.

I just called IRCC and the representative told me that it is normal to get portal 2 in 20-30 days. He said everything is okay from your side and just wait. It takes time for IRCC to make an account.

Nobody actually knows the exact process of BGC and I think it depends on many things from country to travel history to personal details and intelligence information. I will say do not worry about BGC process time, as Eligibility is the main part in success of application. Just wait and on one...

I applied through express entry, GC KEY.

But you had the existing account, correct? In our case, they say that do not make account yourself otherwise it will delay the process. So we do not have option othen than to wait.
