Hi Srini, i have never heard about ECOPR. It was always physical copy is what I thought. My parents got their pre arrival letter on June 1. I was expecting a CoPR copy by mail and PPR. Isn’t that not the case now, do we get only ECOPR’s..?

I had similar issue, when my father (Primary applicant) got the Biometrics first and after 18 days my mom(co-applicant) received it. But I did submit webforms asking for it. I would recommend you to do the same.

I received the same today for my parents. my confusion is all about the second biometrics letter, they haven't sent it to us yet. but asking to submit it before Feb 24, 2023. VFS doesn't let you book an appointment without letter.
