Hi Anne_, Are you sending your PR application package from OH, USA? If not, then DHL may have sent your package in an unusual route (... have no idea why)... Try calling DHL to get the AWB # (air way bill #) and the local Canadian courier partner they sent it to... You shall be able to track...
