Hi there, did you provide them with updated job offer letter stating that "you will be employed for 1 year after PR is issued"? For some reason they did not consider mine as the above words did not reflect in my letter. Is reconsideration possible with appropriate LOE ?

Hi There, same case with me. BGC changed to "Not applicable" and the agent told me me its refused. May I know when did you receive the refusal letter ?

As @legalfalcon suggested that changing of BGC to "Not applicable" means its just criminality has been passed. However, on call they always mention you with generic response that the application is in progress.

Thank you for your response. So as per the above sequence, my eligibility check started when the BC changed to "Not applicable" ? I called them before that and they said that eligibility was already in progress. I passed my Medical Mid Nov 2019

not very sure but going per the previous post, it should be atleast 18 months valid from AOR. Maybe someone expert can comment on this
