Yeah 11 months of waiting is too long and it might take longer because there's a newly appointed Minister for IRCC. We will be travelling in a month from now and don't know if we will try also upfront medical.

Yes before when we submitted our application in Manitoba, but then we we're informed by the officer that the license of our paid representative was not renewed so we decided to apply on our own in the federal part.
