His case was denied, because they didn't feel he was at risk ( in danger) he's from kosovo. I do feel it depends sometimes on the judge too. Judge he had was previously a immigration lawyer before becoming a judge. Had traveled to Kosovo. So he knew more. Sometimes I think its just pure luck...

Hi, answer if you can! Boyfriend was deported. Was told he needed to keep a copy of his certificate of departure. Showing he left Canada. Does not have a copy. Was told he can't return to Canada, without this document. Is this true? Anyone answer this question for me. Thanks a lot.
