Will the blue ink really mess up my fingerprint form?

I got the prints done in Israel and I didn't receive any application for a return address. I just figured that I can attach my own sheet of paper requesting where the doc should be returned too.

If I insert a document requesting them to send it to my address in Canada or Israel will they do it, or must I include a prepaid return envelope?
