That generic email address has always been the technical issue contact for online tests.

It seems like fingerprint requests are sent from Vancouver even if the main processing office is not Vancouver.

The question was already answered with clarity. You can read the eligibility requirements and the Citizenship Act.

They forgot you, just go to the link and do the test.

People used to wait months for AOR.

Received an email from Scarborough even though are probably at least 5 other Citizenship offices between me and that office. :D The PDF in the email includes instructions about the test AND passport pages request.

Studying for the test, pages 14-27 are killing me with many dates and names.

It is simple. You have been in another country for more than 183 days in a row in the last 4 years and it was after landing as a PR. You need a police certificate.

You have to cut the PR card and you cannot use it to travel as you will be no longer a PR after the oath!

The tracker details only gets updated at 6 AM ET. Let’s say an officer did something on your file at 3 PM, then you see a fake (ghost) update right away at 3 PM, but if they actually did complete something such as your background verification or sent a test invitation or whatever, you don’t see...

I guess the IRCC spent all that $85 million on sending AORs and nothing else. :D
