I went to the St. Catharines passport office. The website said 2.5 hour wait time, but I only had to wait for 2 people. They said they will call my guarantor and references for sure because it is an urgent request, and I will get it tomorrow.

3 months have passed with no final response to my ATIP requests. :mad: Maybe they invited me to oath to make me stop questioning.
