Firstly congrats! you got the AOR. I guess the delay in response of your TRV is either a blessing in disguise or perhaps it was by design - to first issue you AOR and then TRV. Hopefully it will be coming soon. By the way did you get the update in email or saw that in your Pr portal?

Congrats on getting TRV approved and PPR in less than 15 days! What docs did you guys provide to satisfy that home ties? Did you also had to buy a ticket? one way, 2 way..etc. Can you share some points what you wrote in your invitation letter?

In all honesty, I can't complain about the pace of the application. It used to be 4-5 yrs in the past, 2 yrs uptill very recently and its just few months since we are seeing 6-7 months timeline between application and PPR. Can it be faster? Why not? But i'm sure there is lots of red tape...
