Give it atleast 7 -14 days. Raising a webform for such things will only delay the whole application process - yours and others. And GC Key also does not provide the latest 100% accurate status about your application. I have got both - and they both give 50% info. Just chill and relax...long...

Did you receive AOR on your TRV? If you did - then you can't get your $100 back. And you dont have to withdraw that application, if you are not concerned about $100. Just simply respond to PPR for Spousal PR.
