They are using LATEST TECHNOLOGY - but seems too much over loaded that's why throwing applications in 'digital bins'....or under inactive officers' ID.....basically so that NO ONE HAS TO WORK ON IT....and no accountability. Unbelievable what's happening within IRCC.
